For the last two years or so our team has been spending time researching the consumers’ issues especially in regards to the many feedbacks obtained both offline and online. The service level provided to policyholders was notably very poor coupled with poor understanding of policy terms and conditions…. some policyholders were even cheated and some did not manage to get a copy of their policy document or rather lost them and were not able to obtain any copy from their agent, either because the latter was nowhere to be found or insisting that the policyholder seeks the documents directly from the insurer…. So, there is a world of service “gaps” out there, particularly the after sales services; thought this portal should be a good site to render vital information and what’s the best steps to take, for them…. hope all consumers will enjoy coming here for assistance and also to contribute wherever and whenever possible, sharing their experience thereafter.
